Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences in the laptop renting and networking domain.

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to acquire new clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the technical team to align proposals with client requirements.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met in client agreements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to improve service offerings.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 4-5 years in business development within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of laptop renting and networking solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
