Pay: Rs 45,000+ HRA with Incentives for performance and Other Benefits.

Tenure: 11 Months

Minimum Qualifications: Engineering Degree + MBA with 3 Years’ Experience Post MBA

Desired Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in (CSE/ Engineering/ Education/ Management) and MBA, with a minimum of 3 year's post MBA experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles.
2. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; proven ability to engage with government stakeholders (Defence, Railways, IT, Forest, Disaster Management, etc.).
3. Experience in RFP/tender management, bid/proposal preparation, and timely contract closure.
4. Strong track record in partnership development with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry; ability to represent the organisation at seminars, forums, and networking events.
5. Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI/ML, Drones, 3D Printing) and capability to conduct orientation/awareness sessions.
6. Solid project management skills for planning, monitoring and reporting.
7. Willingness to travel across the North East Region for outreach and stakeholder engagement.
