Role Overview The Program Manager for CSR is responsible for leading corporate fundraising and partnership initiatives. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Program Manager's key duties include developing and implementing a fundraising strategy, building relationships with corporate partners for CSR and fundraising, and managing donor relations while collaborating with a dedicated team. The role requires strong program management and facilitation abilities, along with the capacity to foster connections with academic institutions, industry mentors, and internal teams to drive measurable results. Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy & Execution Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual and multi-year revenue goals. Identify and secure new funding via CSR mandates, corporate philanthropy, and institutional donors. Lead the development of tailored proposals, presentations, and communication materials targeting a diverse range of funders and prospects. Corporate Partnerships & Donor Relations Qualifications Proactive and resourceful professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or a related area, with proven success in sales or CSR management, as well as donor acquisition and retention. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Development Studies, Communications, or a related discipline. Established network within India’s CSR and philanthropy sectors. Experience in delivering customizable CSR initiatives and client-focused programs. Ability to create and deliver compelling, well-designed presentations. Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, and client service skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a professional approach. Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional team atmosphere. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Responsibilities Outreach & Partnership Development Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, technical institutes, and government education bodies. Design and execute outreach strategies to engage new institutional partners and student communities. Technical Facilitation & Session Design Conduct engaging technical awareness and orientation sessions (both offline and online) on AI/ML, Drone, 3D printing, and other emerging technologies. Organize capacity-building workshops and orientation programs for faculty, internal teams, and student leaders. Project Management & Coordination • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of technical education projects and workshops. • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource planning for both on-ground and virtual sessions. • Track project progress and prepare periodic reports and documentation. Collaboration and Capacity Building Work closely with academic coordinators, faculty, government stakeholders, and partner organizations to align goals and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and facilitation support to peer trainers or junior team members. Support internal knowledge-sharing sessions to build collective expertise within the team. Mandatory Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, education, management, or related fields. Foundational understanding of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Drone Technology, Additive Manufacturing & 3D Printing though not essential but preferrable. 5–6 years of experience in outreach, facilitation, project management, or stakeholder engagement (experience with college students is preferred). Self-driven, organized, and able to work collaboratively across teams. Experience in RFP/tender management, bid/proposal preparation, and timely contract closure. Strong track record in partnership development with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry; ability to represent the organisation at seminars, forums, and networking events. Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI/ML, Drones, 3D Printing) and capability to conduct orientation/awareness sessions. Solid project management skills for planning, monitoring and reporting. Willingness to travel across the North East Region for outreach and stakeholder engagement.
