Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base for HRMS product. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target market segments, industries, and potential clients - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Lead sales negotiations, contract discussions, and closure of deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.


Pre-requisites


  • This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, CIO/IT organization, IT operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Having a background of HR Domain or HCM tools or CHRO organization exposure will be a big plus.
  • The associate will be reporting to the Sub ISU Head.


Qualifications/Prior Experience -


  • Understanding of enterprise IT operations domain and related area.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
  • Self driven, proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
