For location Pune-Rs 45,000 / month (5.40 LPA)

For location Chennai - Rs 45,000 / month (5.40LPA)

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – AIR & SEA

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the freight forwarding industry

Education: Graduation / above

Communication: English, 1-2 languages . English oral and written skills are mandatory

Working Days and time:

Mon - Fri - 9:30-6:30 pm; Sat 9:30am - 3:30pm, ( 2nd Saturday holiday)

Plz. Note:

1> Salary will be commensurate to the current salary, experience relevant to the industry and

skill sets of the candidate. Exceptional candidates will receive higher compensation

2> Candidates on sabbatical will have a salary based on last salary drawn and skill sets.

Present multiple options to our customer base

Prepare quotes and present solutions to prospective business partners

Maintain contact with your carriers / other parties that handle the freight to ensure the shipper and consignee are aware of any issues or challenges that arise and solve them constructively and

efficiently. Continuously develop potential prospects to allow optimal solutions.

Manage existing business accounts and continuously deliver the highest level of customer service

Pro active for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and win business.

Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Execute and monitor strategic as well as tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales

targets are met or exceeded.
