Land Acquisition Manager

Principle Accountabilities

Responsible for Land acquisition and overall coordination of land operation including development

Responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence, clearance and approvals.

Ensure coordination between HO and all site offices.

Ensure implementation of SOPs (systems and processes) for Land Management

Survey the environment to identify and benchmark best practices, latest developments and potential areas of growth in the industry.

Completely conversant with commercial terms and terminologies, payment process, legal verification of documents and ownership and due diligence in all related matters pertaining to land.

Provide legal consultation, advice and support to companyin respect of both existing and prospective matters, and to identify, contain and manage exposure and contingent risk.

Handled various assignment of Real Estate project in Mumbai , Navi Mumbai

( Bhiwandi/Kalyan/Thane)

• Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to process / policy
• Good network with Brokers /Banks/Govt. Officials etc.
• Demonstrate trustworthiness and upholds the highest ethical standards.
• Analytical/ interpreting skills relating to various regulations and laws governing real estate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English/ Marathi and Hindi)
• Demonstrate proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities
• Good influencing skills
