Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle social & technical audits (SA8000, ISO 9001, client audits)
  • Prepare, coordinate, and execute audits; act as liaison for auditors
  • Analyse findings, prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), maintain compliance records
  • Conduct staff training on compliance, labor laws, health & safety
  • Monitor and implement continuous improvement in compliance processes
  • Skills & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree; relevant certifications
    • 3-6 years in production/manufacturing compliance or audit
    • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Flexible to work 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM
