Role Description

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

(Rs30,000-Rs50,000 monthly)

We are looking for experienced Sales & Business Development managers with the right skills and drive to bring to life our vision and goal to make renewable energy affordable, reliable and sustainable for a better future through vivid and captivating designs. If you are a graduate and have about 5 years of sales and business development experience, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a renewable energy start-up.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pallavaram/Chromepet, Chennai. The position will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and promoting the company's products and services to drive sales and revenue.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, Engineering or related field
• Good spoken and written English
• Experience in lead generation, market research and sales activities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Highly motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in the energy or technology sector is a plus
