Role Description

Co-Founder / Managing Partner (India)

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and lead Indian operations independently
• Set up and scale

  franchise and licensing networks

• Lead fundraising, GTM strategy, and operational execution

• Develop B2C and B2B verticals

  across solar rooftops, mini-grids, and industrial use
• Partner with the original inventor to

  translate technology into commercial scale

What We're Looking For

entrepreneurial leader

Required:

• Ability to invest ₹10 Cr for a 20% equity stake is a must for co-founder status.
• Experience scaling operations, supply chain, or product in India
• Familiarity with energy, hardware, solar, infra, or sustainable technologies
• Strong leadership, capital-raising, and partnership development experience
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field
