Role Description

This is an on-site Co-Founder role based in Noida, where you will play a key part in developing, strategizing, and executing the vision and operations of the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business development, managing partnerships, scaling operations, and contributing to long-term strategic planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the organization’s direction and help achieve its long-term objectives.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and entrepreneurial mindset skills
• Expertise in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
• Experience in team management, building partnerships, and operational scaling
• Proficiency with information technology, software development, and innovative tech solutions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
• Prior experience in software or technology-focused startups is advantageous
• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus
