Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role Based out of Hyderabad for Telangana and Vijayawada Based for Andhra Pradesh act as Channel Partner- Operations Role. The Channel Partner will be responsible for managing operations of store franchisee's managing relationships with partners, and Operate efficiently . This role requires a professional who can foster strong partnerships. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Planning and strategic development skills Experience with Channel Operations and creating collaborative relationships with Store Partners. Expertise in Account Management to maintain and grow partnerships effectively Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset Prior experience in the food and beverage or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

The Associate Founder will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute business strategies, oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the brand’s standards for quality and consistency are met. Additional responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational excellence to achieve the company’s vision for the breakfast industry.
