Business Development Manager (BDM)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to generate

  new business opportunities

  in architecture & interior design.
• Identify and approach potential clients including real estate developers, builders, corporates, and premium homeowners.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct

  market research

  on design trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Prepare and present compelling

  proposals, pitch decks, and presentations

• Collaborate with design & marketing teams to align business goals with brand positioning.
• Attend

  industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

  to represent Studio Ardete.
• Track business development performance through CRM, reports, and lead pipelines.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue and growth targets.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in

  business development or client acquisition

  , preferably in real estate, architecture, interiors, or luxury sectors.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of

  premium client handling

  and luxury market dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with creative teams.
