Senior Architect

As an Architect at Studio Ardete, you will have the opportunity to control projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative, and functional design. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking the brief to identify clients" needs and preparing feasibility reports and design proposals - Developing ideas while considering clients" needs, building usage, and environmental impact - Producing detailed blueprints and making necessary corrections - Compiling project specifications - Keeping projects within budgets and timelines - Ensuring all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations - Making on-site visits to check project status and reporting on progress - Cooperating and liaising with construction professionals - Following architectural trends and advancements - Managing a team effectively Qualifications and Skills: - Proven working experience as an Architect - Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skills - Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, rules, regulations, and quality standards - Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar - Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions - Visual awareness and attention to detail - Strong communication and project management skills - Bachelor's degree in Architecture - Minimum 8-10 years of experience Preferred Skills: - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong understanding of structural systems As an employee of Studio Ardete, you will have access to benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and performance bonuses.
