You are currently looking for a Draftsman to join the team at CIT Nagar with 1-2 years of experience. As a Draftsman, your main responsibilities will include analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites. You will be tasked with creating technical drawings based on architects" sketches and specifications using CAD software. These drawings will need to incorporate precise measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details. Additionally, you will be responsible for printing CAD drawing schematics for various stakeholders such as architects, construction managers, and engineers. Furthermore, you will input CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to develop 3-D models and renderings. It will also be part of your role to prepare drawings, charts, and records using CAD equipment and traditional drafting techniques. You may need to visit construction sites to take measurements and calculate dimensions as necessary. Collaboration with architects and construction engineers is crucial to ensure compliance with building specifications and industry regulations. To excel in this position, it is essential to stay updated on the latest advancements and technologies in architectural design. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
