We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for Specialty chemicals & Solvents specifically targeting Paint and Coatings manufacturers.
We offer an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in Chemistry, Science, or Marketing who thrive in customer-facing roles and are motivated to contribute to both their professional growth and the companies success.
1) Looking for a candidate with relevant experience who is willing to take on challenging responsibilities in the specialty chemicals division, including developing the business from scratch, understanding market demand, identifying suitable products, targeting customers, generating orders, and driving sales targets and revenue growth.
2) The desired candidate should focus on selling raw materials such as chemicals, additives, resins, binders, and pigments for the paint, coating, and printing ink manufacturing industries. We are seeking an individual with strong capability to drive the business as the companies front face, managing everything from sourcing to business development.
3) Take complete responsibility for the P&L of the Specialty Chemicals division, ensuring profit growth through effective cost management and revenue enhancement. Present monthly / quarterly performance reviews and strategic plans to senior management.
1) Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
2) More than 7 years of experience in B2B sales;
3) Strong knowledge of industrial chemicals, solvents, and specialty chemicals used in paint and coating formulations.
4) Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
5) Proficient in MS Office and internet usage.
6) High moral standards and respect for the companies values and mission.
