Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop business and deliver sales growth plans of company’s Pharma products as per assigned targets in assigned large and mid-scale pharmaceutical customers. Consistently develop new business opportunities to increase the share of wallet at the assigned customers. Manage / Sustain the current businesses at the individual account by suitably developing and executing action plans. Collaborate with product management and marketing team to develop new products as per customer’s needs and also execute the sales promotional plans at individual accounts to grow the business substantially. Map the assigned markets, territories, and geographical regions to identify key potential customers and conduct preliminary assessments to assess realistic sales opportunities. Analyze and respond to RFP’s/RFQ’s and provide quotes to the customer directly. Update customer data from time to time in CRM, submit activity and results reports, such as daily meeting reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual account analysis. Collate market feedback on competitors’ activities such as product offerings, prices, new products, strategies and provide inputs to sales leadership team for review of company’s strategy and approach. Build relationship with customers and manage the existing and potential clients and generate pipeline of opportunities. Foster collaboration with other sales colleagues by sharing success stories, learning from each other and creating healthy competitive spirit. Identify market trends, assess market potential, and develop strategies to grow Pharmaceutical, market share. Make presentations and implement development projects to customers, set in place the required project plans, execute the plan and close new business. Provide timely customer support and define and interface with internal resources, when necessary. Work with marketing, sales and product development to develop strategies that ensure Pharmaceutical, CRO (API) segment’s position as a multi products / solutions provider for customers’ existing products and new product introductions. To perform efficient/reliable microbial testing in accordance with USP/USP-NF/EP/JP or customer guidelines. Testing may include microbial parameters in water, product contact surface environmental monitoring, viable air monitoring, and Microbial Limits Tests, Pathogens as well as BET test in raw materials and finished goods To check, review and approval of microbiological results. To schedule daily tasks in an organized and efficient manner with minimum directive. To review, revise and/or write microbiology test methods and prepare all SOPs related to micro department. To prepare and perform microbiological test method validation protocols and summary reports like, Gowning validation, Disinfectant validation withhold time study, MLT method validation, BET method validation, etc. To prepare and perform microbiological validation protocols, IQ/OQ/ PQ, and summary reports for all instruments. like Autoclave, Incubator, and LAF etc. To lead investigations involving microbiological out of specification results. To train new microbiologists on SOPs and test methods and serve as a role model. To ensure calibration and maintain microbiology lab equipment. Responsible for a clean, hygienic and safe working environment To impart training as per training calendar. Involvement in Audit and NC compliance with their record. Awareness and get intervention through reliable sources for any changes / revision in microbiology related documents / MOA. Responsible for resource requirement indent.
