Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for acquiring mid-market and enterprise clients across geographies.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting, requirement gathering, product demos, to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial models tailored to client needs.
  • Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development and sales executives.
  • Track and report on KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development.
  • Proven success in closing B2B SaaS deals, including enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and sales funnels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent.
  • Strong market awareness and ability to identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Exposure to international markets (North America, Europe, Middle East).
  • Familiarity with modern prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach.io).
