Role Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Research and identify new business opportunities, industries, and markets. Client Management : Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions (WordPress development, maintenance, and digital services). Conduct follow-ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals to close projects. Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies. Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients. Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Contribute ideas for improving business development strategies. Collaboration : Work closely with the design, development, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in creating sales presentations, case studies, and other sales collateral. Requirements Any degree 6 Months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT/web development services). Strong understanding of website development, WordPress services, and related digital solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have a strong knowledge in understanding the requirements to create a proposal. The job involves lead Generation, client profiling, and Revenue generation. Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations. Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies. Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients. Should have experience in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
