Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. They will also be tasked with conducting market research, analyzing trends, and preparing reports, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong skills in market research and trend analysis
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the ceramics or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
