Role Overview
This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to spearhead DENSO’s India operations, driving OEM coordination, tendering, national sales growth, and PSU/EPC engagement.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead India business for DENSO as the OEM channel partner
· Build and manage a pan-India team (Sales + Application)
· Strengthen relationships with PSUs, EPCs, and infrastructure clients (e.g., IOCL, HPCL, NTPC)
· Coordinate with DENSO UK on pricing, logistics, and technical approvals
· Execute go-to-market strategy, ensure compliance, and optimize margins

Ideal Candidate Profile
· 12–18 years in industrial/B2B sales (preferably coatings, pipelines, infra, oil & gas)
· Experience with PSU clients, EPCs, and government tendering
· Strong leadership and techno-commercial skills
· Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering; MBA preferred
