As a Senior Account Manager / Business Development Manager with strong experience in staffing and recruitment, your role will involve new client acquisition, key account management, and sales strategy. You will be expected to have proven experience in managing corporate clients, conducting market research, leading recruiters, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. **Responsibilities:** - Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis - Acquire and onboard large corporate and enterprise clients across IT/Non-IT domains - Build strong relationships with CXO and senior stakeholder levels - Develop and execute sales strategies and account growth plans - Conduct cold calling, senior-level counseling, client meetings, and presentations - Negotiate SOWs, MSAs, Work Orders, commercials, and contracts **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 3 - 4 years' prior industry experience in new client acquisition in staffing and recruitment industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies - Focused and goal-oriented If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your CV to sanjay@beanhr.com.
