Job Description

Senior Account Manager / Business Development Manager


Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify new business opportunities through

    market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis

  • Acquire and onboard

    large corporate and enterprise clients

    across IT/Non-IT domains
  • Build strong relationships with

    CXO and senior stakeholder levels

  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies and account growth plans

  • Conduct

    cold calling, senior-level counseling, client meetings, and presentations

  • Negotiate

    SOWs, MSAs, Work Orders, commercials, and contracts


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 - 4 years' prior industry exp. in new client acquisition in

    staffing and recruitment industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
