Business Development Manager

Experience:

Job Summary:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound lead follow-up.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and offering tailored solutions.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new service offerings.
Manage and update CRM tools with client interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to communicate their value to prospective clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
