Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing market strategies, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure. The role requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and handling negotiations and contract management. The individual will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Sales
• Ability to develop and present effective sales strategies and proposals
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the professional services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
