Position Overview

We are seeking a ROC Compliance Executive to support our Legal & Compliance team. The role includes assisting with ROC filings, company law compliance, coordination with Company Secretary, and

maintaining statutory records. This position offers excellent exposure to secretarial and legal functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing & filing statutory forms (MGT-7, AOC-4) with ROC
• Support company incorporation processes, compliance formalities & closures
• Track & renew Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs)
• Coordinate with Company Secretary to ensure timely submissions
• Liaise for trademark filings & follow-ups
• Maintain statutory documents, client records, and filing systems
• Provide cross-functional support to legal, audit, and compliance teams

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Law, or related field
• 6 months 1 year of experience in ROC filings / legal compliance
• Knowledge of MCA portal, Companies Act, and statutory timelines
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; Hindi and basic English preferred
• CS qualified or semi-qualified candidates are welcome to apply
