Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end sales: Lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, product demo, and closing
Identify potential customers and convert leads to long-term clients
Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer suitable product solutions
Travel extensively in the assigned area to meet clients and drive revenue
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience
in field sales or B2B sales
Strong experience in dealing with
SMB clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must own a
valid Driving License and a two-wheeler
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach
