Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This is a field-based, individual contributor role focused on new business acquisition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in direct sales to SME clients and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end sales activities: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, product demos, and deal closures Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the SME market Work on-ground in the allocated territory to drive client acquisition Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or SME sales, preferably in software/HR/payroll services Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer needs Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned territory Male candidates preferred for this field-intensive role Compensation & Benefits: Fixed CTC: 3.0 LPA to 6.5 LPA (based on experience and skills) Incentives: Monthly & weekly performance-based incentives Other Benefits: Medical Insurance, PF, Travel Allowance, and additional performance bonuses through Smart Incentive Plans How to Apply: Interested candidates may share their updated CV at sharina.qureshi@pagarbook.com For any queries, reach out at +91 9606981280 Note: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
