Role Overview

As a Sales Manager – School Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving adoption of SIYA in schools, building strong relationships with principals, HODs, and decision-makers, and enabling large-scale impact.

This is a mission-driven role that requires strong communication, solution selling, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard schools for SIYA adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership teams (Principals, Directors, HODs).
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops for teachers and management.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to convert teacher engagement into paid school partnerships.
  • Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets using CRM and reporting dashboards.
  • Participate in education events, webinars, and offline school meetings to drive visibility.
  • Collect market insights, competition analysis, and customer feedback to improve strategy.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with accountability and ownership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Institutional Sales / EdTech Sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer empathy.
  • Willingness to travel for school demos and partnership meetings.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, content, and community teams.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling to schools, colleges, or educational institutions.
  • Understanding of teacher workflows and challenges.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions confidently.
