Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Drive end-to-end sales including lead generation, client acquisition, solution pitching, negotiations, and closures.
  • Execute targeted B2B outreach for corporates, Franchises, IT companies, Doctors and healthcare partners (clinics, labs, wellness centers).
  • Promote OHAs suite of offerings including diagnostics, wellness programs, Doctor acquisition, and Franchise.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations effectively to decision-makers.

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Actively track, review, and manage sales pipelines and performance reports.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for additional OHA services.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of field interns and sales executives.
  • Ensure all team members are equipped with necessary sales tools, product knowledge, and field discipline.
  • Monitor intern targets and personally cover target gaps if team performance falls short.
  • Conduct periodic team reviews to evaluate performance and share feedback.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of all sales activities.
  • Share weekly updates on leads, conversions, revenue, and field feedback with the Territory Manager.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients, partners, doctors.
  • Support onboarding of doctors and coordinate with the tech/support team for a seamless experience.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups and service delivery post-sale.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or B2B services.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and manage a high-performance team.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the territory/region is a must.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
