Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in South East Delhi. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying growth opportunities, establishing strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth by developing new and innovative business strategies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying leads, implementing sales plans, and negotiating client contracts. The candidate will also analyze market trends, propose actionable strategies, and work closely with internal teams to align business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Market Research, Sales Forecasting, and Competitive Analysis
• Ability to negotiate contracts, identify opportunities, and manage pipelines effectively
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and presenting actionable business insights
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Proficiency in CRM software tools and other related platforms
• Flexibility to collaborate within diverse teams and adapt to evolving business environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Healthcare industry experience or knowledge is an added advantage
