Sales Strategy Development:
· Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
· Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
· Set sales targets and KPIs for the e-commerce sales team.
Team Management:
· Lead and motivate a team of online sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
· Recruit, hire, and onboard new e-commerce sales team members.
· Monitor individual sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Online Sales Channel Management:
· Manage and optimize online storefronts across multiple platforms (e.g., company website, marketplaces like Amazon ).
· Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and product descriptions for accuracy and customer appeal.
· Implement strategies to enhance product visibility and search ranking on online marketplaces.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Foster strong relationships with online customers through proactive communication and customer service.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
· Implement customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
· Generate comprehensive sales reports and insights to inform decision-making.
· Utilize data analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns and sales funnels.
Marketing and Promotion:
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns
· Leverage digital marketing channels like email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
· Manage promotional activities and special offers on online platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, ideally with a track record of achieving sales targets
· Strong understanding of online retail platforms and digital marketing strategies
· Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting tools
· Leadership and team management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
