Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in B2B sales and revenue generation. In this role, you'll drive business growth by identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and closing deals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sales and technology, seeking to grow within a fast-paced, innovative organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients in the enterprise and SMB sectors through outbound sales techniques like cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Showcase MyOperator's solutions to prospective clients through product demonstrations and presentations tailored to their needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
  • Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, cloud communications, or related technology products.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, telephony systems, and IVR products is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Target-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
