We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our MSL Infotech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional services. This role requires a proactive approach and a passion for sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
