Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role involves conducting market research, developing strategies to expand market presence, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will prepare sales reports, follow up on leads, and actively contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
• Experience conducting Market Research and developing competitive strategies
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and meet targets
• Demonstrated adaptability and understanding of cultural diversity, especially beneficial for international client relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• Previous experience in the relocation or real estate industry is a plus
