Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers after the sale is closed. Confirm customer requirements and coordinate the next steps post-sales (such as scheduling, documentation, or service delivery). Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless execution of services. Track customer satisfaction and collect feedback to support continuous improvement. Ensure all after-sales processes are documented and followed as per company standards. Follow up on pending services or issues until resolution is achieved. Maintain updated records of customer interactions and service status in CRM or tracking tools. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department or manager. Support in generating repeat business and referrals by offering a positive customer experience.
