• Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
• Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
• Mudkart – An eco-construction material supplier.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to spearhead revenue growth for our video production services. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing partnerships for our range of video solutions, including brand films, digital content, corporate videos, and much more.

1. Drive New Business & Revenue

• Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across brands, agencies, and enterprises.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and leveraging inbound leads.
• Take ownership of achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the video vertical.

2. Lead Client Engagement & Sales Cycles

• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client marketing objectives and content needs.
• Develop and pitch compelling, tailored video proposals—covering creative concepts, formats, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from discovery and proposal to negotiation and closure.

3. Foster Account Growth & Retention

• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction to secure repeat business and referrals.

4. Provide Market & Strategic Insight

• Maintain expert knowledge of video trends, platform-specific formats, and evolving content consumption.
• Analyze competitor activity and market positioning to inform our strategy.
• Share actionable insights with leadership to refine our service offerings and market approach.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–7 years in business development or sales, with a mandatory background selling video production, media, or creative services.
• Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of video formats and the production workflow.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• A natural at building relationships and expanding your network.
• Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, and creative processes.

Preferred Background:

• Experience within a creative agency, production house, or media company.
• An existing network of contacts among brand marketers or agency decision-makers.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy fundamentals.
