Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end branch operations and ensure business targets are met.
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment and sourcing team.
Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
Ensure timely delivery of manpower requirements to clients.
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and market expansion.
Maintain compliance with company processes, documentation, and statutory requirements.
Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Monitor branch performance and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Branch Manager / Assistant Manager in the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment, client management, and manpower supply operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to achieve targets under deadlines.
Strong networking, negotiation, and business development abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
