Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chandigarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and creating business strategies. They will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive product sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Market Research and Strategy Development skills
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the cold chain or packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
