About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager with a strong background in Blockchain technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth in the blockchain domain.
• Identify potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities within blockchain, DeFi, NFT, and Web3 spaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
• Stay updated with blockchain trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential clients and investors.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals ensuring long-term value creation.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within Blockchain, Crypto, or Web3 industries.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokenomics, and decentralized technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business growth targets.
• Ability to think strategically and identify market trends and opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with blockchain startups or exchanges.
• Knowledge of smart contracts, NFTs, and DeFi protocols.
• Global business exposure or experience in international client acquisition.
