About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Vahaflix. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling budgets, MIS reporting, and building successful business partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills who can drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports to track revenue, growth, and performance indicators.
• Negotiate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to secure cost-effective and value-driven deals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing) to align business growth strategies.
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand market reach and improve profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or related roles.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and budget management.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Based in Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates from Mumbai).
