Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic In-App Event Operations Executive to design, launch, and optimize events/competitions within our app ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving user engagement, activity, and monetization by strategically deploying in-app events, tournaments, and other gamified campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic in-app event/competition campaigns aligned with target revenue and user engagement goals.
• Design compelling gamification mechanics—such as leaderboards, point systems, challenges—to motivate repeated engagement and in-app purchases.
• Implement events/campaign strategies and timelines ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA) to develop and integrate event/campaign elements (UI/UX, notifications, payment flows) seamlessly into the app.
• Conduct competitive analysis and analyze user insights to identify target segments, preferences, and behaviors that drive competition participation.
• Track events/campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for events/campaign optimization and future improvements.
• Prepare and present events/campaign reports highlighting key findings, ROI, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in campaign management, app marketing, or user activation roles.
• Strong analytical, project management, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, tracking mechanisms, and user engagement metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced digital environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
