Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. Daily tasks will include market research, lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in market research, lead generation, and business strategy
• Excellent client relationship management and networking skills
• Proven ability to develop and negotiate business proposals and contracts
• Understanding of content and communications solutions, including translation and localization services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the content or communications industry is a plus
