Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement with prospects and leads. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as a point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Sales Support: Work to create proposals, presentations, and sales strategies. Follow up on leads, set up meetings, and close sales deals. Lead Generation & Networking: o Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services and identify potential leads. Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to generate leads. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward business goals. Collaboration with Teams: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on business strategies and goals. Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service delivery.

Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D mechanical designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks . Design mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems based on technical specifications and customer requirements. Prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and company guidelines. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to support product development. Conduct basic engineering calculations and tolerance analysis. Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and design documentation. Review and improve existing designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability. Required Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Hands-on experience with SolidWorks for 3D modeling and drafting. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and design principles. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Familiar with manufacturing processes and materials. Knowledge of GD&T and drafting standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).

Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes to meet production targets. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed. Ensure efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment. Supervise and lead the production team to ensure smooth operations. Maintain quality standards by implementing and monitoring quality control processes. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process-related issues on the production floor. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industry regulations. Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production reports and documentation. Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated components and assemblies. Ensure products meet defined quality standards, customer requirements, and technical specifications. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, welding symbols, and fabrication standards. Prepare and maintain inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues on the shop floor. Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality management systems. Support internal audits and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor welding, machining, and assembly processes for compliance with quality standards. Requirements: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 2+ years of experience in quality control within a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, fitting, machining). Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation and basic QMS principles. Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Basic understanding of material traceability and inspection records.
