Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing solutions accordingly.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. This may involve identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and devising strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, production, and customer support to ensure alignment of strategies and effective execution of plans.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products or services and addressing their specific needs. Also, creating proposals and bids in response to client requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies and offerings.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management, and analyzing data to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Travel: Depending on the nature of the business, you may be required to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, or participate in industry events.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in any Stream

  • Good Communication Skills both Spoken & written.
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office
  • E-mail writing
