Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed.
Ensure efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment.
Supervise and lead the production team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain quality standards by implementing and monitoring quality control processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process-related issues on the production floor.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
