Junior Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Architect with Interior Design expertise to join our team. Theideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing architectural/ interior projectswhile incorporating functional and aesthetic interior design elements. They should have astrong understanding of space planning, materials, sustainability ,traditional and moderndesign trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints.
• Integrate interior design elements such as furniture layout, colour schemes, lighting, and materials into architectural or interior designs.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe photo shop.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation to ensure quality and adherence to design plans.
• Research and recommend innovative materials, furniture, and design techniques.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture- B.Arch, M.Arch
• Professional experience in architectural and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, V-Ray
• Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, lighting design, and material
• selection.
• Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
• Excellent visualization and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
