Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated ITI Mechanical candidates to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience in a mechanical background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain machines as per SOPs
* Perform routine mechanical tasks including assembly, fitting, drilling, and basic machining* Support senior technicians and supervisors in daily production activities* Conduct basic quality checks on finished parts* Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working area* Follow all company safety and quality standards
Key Skills Required:
* Basic understanding of mechanical tools and machines
* Ability to read basic mechanical drawings (preferred but not mandatory)* Good attitude and willingness to learn* Physically fit and ready for shopfloor work
Working Conditions:
* 8-hour shifts (may include rotational shifts depending on plant requirements)
* Overtime as per company policy
