Role & responsibilities

B2B sales

This is a performance-driven role requiring strong relationship-building skills, consultative selling ability, and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Acquisition

  • Identify and connect with HR decision-makers across industries to promote company services.
  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and databases.
  • Conduct sales meetings (online/offline) to understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for recruitment and training services.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partnerships with HR and L&D leaders.
  • Ensure repeat business and client retention through consistent follow-ups and value delivery.
  • Act as the single point of contact between client HR teams and internal delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho).

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, industry needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Suggest new service ideas or packaged solutions based on client insights.
  • Maintain strong understanding of HR and learning trends (AI in HR, hybrid workforce, employee engagement, etc.)

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the internal consulting, recruitment, and training teams for project execution.
  • Share weekly reports on lead status, pipeline, and closures with leadership.
  • Represent the company at HR forums, events, and business meets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new corporate HR accounts acquired monthly
  • Value of revenue generated (Recruitment + Training + Consulting)
  • Client retention & repeat business ratio
  • Proposal-to-closure conversion ratio
  • Quality of CRM data and lead follow-ups
