About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead business growth and expansion across all verticals in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, driving market expansion, and ensuring sustained revenue growth. This role demands a proactive professional with excellent communication, analytical, leadership and team management abilities to deliver results in a dynamic business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and market growth across all verticals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Drive regional sales and ensure efficient channel and territory management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth business execution.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Represent the organization professionally in business meetings and industry events.


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of distribution, trade, and market development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
