Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Growth:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new retail opportunities (in malls, food courts, high streets, etc.)
  • Drive B2C retail sales performance across company-owned and franchise locations
  • Execute strategies to increase footfall and revenue in existing outlets

Franchise & Partner Acquisition:

  • Scout and onboard new franchise partners in target regions
  • Develop strong relationships with key landlords, mall operators, and real estate developers

Market Expansion & Planning:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare business cases, financial models, and location feasibility reports
  • Lead location scouting, lease negotiations, and site acquisition processes

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement local promotions
  • Set and monitor KPIs and sales targets across the retail network
  • Track and analyse performance to adjust strategies proactively

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with operations to ensure store openings and transitions are seamless
  • Partner with marketing to drive brand visibility and seasonal campaigns



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-4  years of experience in retail sales, QSR, or FMCG business development
  • Proven track record in retail expansion and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of QSR operations and consumer behaviour
